Leadership Development

Our Leadership Development focus at Hesto Harnesses is continuously striving to develop leaders of tomorrow through world class customised Leadership development programmes and initiatives.

These include growing a pipeline of future leaders through our HESTO Graduate Programme and transitional leadership development programmes which focus on preparing employees’ at various team management levels through customised initiatives.

Technical Skills Development

We recognise the importance of partnering with our operational teams to build a capable pool of talented individuals to enhance productivity and business performance. Operational technical competencies development across the various functions, ensures that we deliver skills that are fit for our specialised requirements such as skills development initiatives for Artisans, Engineers, Supply Chain professionals, Jig board & Test board technicians.

The learning framework in these areas consists of qualifications, learnerships, skills programmes, apprenticeships and other learning initiatives.

Behavioural Skills Development

Behavioural-fundamental skills are provided, to ensure that there is standards functional competency built throughout the organisation.

  • Create alignment of competency standards within respective disciplines across HESTO.
